Here’s information about Muir Beach and the trails we ran on:

Why running + yoga? We believe that a consistent practice of running and yoga can provide balanced and powerful physical and mental training for runners and yogis of all ages, sizes and experience levels. Consistent running is built around three quality runs per week – typically a long run, a speed workout or a hills workout, and a tempo run. Yoga for runners is intended to provide you with yoga sessions that fit in pre or post-run, on the same day as a run, or on a running rest day. Through yoga you can strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, and develop your balance and breath. At our retreats, we combine quality group runs with expert coaching sessions, yoga designed for runners, healthy meals and group camaraderie in world-class locations. The group dynamic provides motivation and positive energy, making the workouts fun and fast.
