The retreat included a group long run on the gorgeous coastal trail, yoga tailored for runners, professional coaching, drills, as well as a tasty breakfast and lunch.
Our base for the retreat was Muir Beach. We are surrounded by staggering views. The group size was limited to provide opportunities to interact with Magda and Reba.
