About Run Voyages

Run Voyages organizes retreats that combine running, yoga, coaching, group training, awesome destinations and local cuisine.

Our next retreat will be at Point Reyes Station. The yoga sessions will be in downtown Point Reyes. The trail runs will be in the national park and on trails in the wetlands near Point Reyes. We’ll have group meals. There are overnight lodging options available for two-day registrants. For details, go here.

Our winter 2015 retreat was at the Sonoma Mission Inn. We had a fantastic weekend of trail runs in and around Sonoma. Our Story.  Adam and Clara, a father-daughter duo, co-founded Run Voyages. We wanted to bring runners together and share that sense of camaraderie and inspiration. Our retreats feature expert coaching, world-class destinations, fine dining, and group runs. Let us energize your training and help you achieve your goals!


Our Philosophy. We believe that a consistent practice of running and yoga can provide balanced and powerful physical and mental training for runners and yogis of all ages, sizes and experience levels. Consistent running is built around three quality runs per week – typically a long run, a speed workout or a hills workout, and a tempo run. Yoga for runners is intended to provide you with yoga sessions that fit in pre or post-run, on the same day as a run, or on a running rest day. Through yoga you can strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, and develop your balance and breath. At our retreats, we combine quality group runs with expert coaching sessions, yoga designed for runners, healthy meals and group camaraderie in world-class locations. The group dynamic provides motivation and positive energy, making the workouts fun and fast.
